Request Submission: All requests for Transfer Certificates (TC) must be made in writing at least 1 month in advance.
Pending Dues: Any pending dues must be cleared before withdrawal of the child in order to claim the Transfer Certificate.
Clearance Process: A Transfer Certificate will be issued only after obtaining clearance from various departments, as outlined in the School Leaving Clearance Form.
Issuance Timeframe: The Transfer Certificate will be processed and issued within 7 to 10 days upon receiving the withdrawal request, only after the completion of the academic session.
Collection of TC: The Transfer Certificate will be handed over to one of the parents only. If you wish to authorize someone else to collect the TC, prior permission from the Principal is required.
Prospectus Review: We strongly recommend that the School Prospectus is carefully reviewed before taking admission to avoid any complications later.
