Admission Process

The admission team at Ch. Sughar Singh World School is committed to facilitating a seamless student enrollment process. The first step in the process is to ensure eligibility through the verification of necessary documents.

After the initial enquiry, a telephonic conversation will be arranged with the Principal or Academic Coordinator for those interested in admissions for Nursery to UKG. For students applying for grades II and above, an aptitude test will be conducted. Based on the results of the aptitude test, the admission form will be provided to the candidates. Admission will be finalized only after receiving confirmation from the Principal.

Age criteria is as follows-
Minimum age as on 31st July –

1.Nursery: 3+ years

2.LKG: 4+ years

3.UKG: 5+ years

4.Class I: 6+ years

Required Documents:

1.Self-attested copy of the child’s Birth Certificate (issued by the Government)

2.Self-attested copy of the child’s latest Progress Report Card

3.Self-attested copy of the child’s Aadhar Card

4.2 Passport-sized photographs each of the Father, Mother, Guardian, and Child

5.Original Transfer Certificate

6.Self-attested copy of the child’s Blood Group Report
